Wool Blend Area

Help, having trouble finding a coat?

I am having the hardest time finding a good winter coat. I'm looking for a wool or wool blend coat that goes down past my butt or to the knee(trench coat style?). The problem is my college is in a kind of rural area with only a small mall. The department stores are JC Penny, Belk,and Sears. Theres also Charlotte Russe, Old Navy, and Gap. So I need to find one in those stores. I don't like to buy online because I am tall and thin (5'9, 115 lbs) and coats can be hard to fit. So... ideas? Links to coats I could find in stores?

I would like it to be under $100, but if I find one I like I would pay more
Also, my area gets down to the teens, but is mostly in the 20-40's in the winter so it needs to be warm.
