Cute & easy Halloween costumes for baby?

My daughter is only 8 months old, so obviously she wont be trick or treating. We'd still like to dress her up as something, though. We'd thought about sticking silk leaves all over her to make her a pile of leaves, but does anyone else have any ideas? We don't really want to spend more than $10 and maybe an hour making it. Thanks!

You can make some butterfly wings. You can go to a craft store and buy some pieces of felt. You can usually get 3 for $1 for 8 x 10 rectangles. Buy a few different colours. One rectangle is enough for one wing, cut out the shape, and then use the other colours and cut out inserts to go on the wing. She could just wear a onsie or a dress and tights and the wings.

There are lots of other things you could make with felt too and it's really inexpensive. Good luck!
