Rugs Flat why does my large rug which lies on top of my carpet never keep in one place?
I have just had new carpets laid through my house, I have bought a large rug to go on top of it to keep it clean. My problem is the rug never lies flat, it always seems to move one way or another and kind of bubbles up. Could any one sugest as to what I could do to make my carpet lie flat.
They have at home goods stores a kind of grippy mat that goes under the area rug to keep it from sliding around, but it still remains unseen.
