Can anyone recommend a good carpet anti-slip product - our rugs slide about on the carpets and have to?

keep moving them. Thanks

There are several types of thin "membranes" that are made for anti slip .. Just what you need , one from keeping the rugs from walking and won t hurt the carpet.. One I used to carry in my store was called Rug Hold but there are many brands out there.
Just make sure it s made for rug to rug, some are made for rug to wood or to vinyl.. Some are washable so when they lose there "tackiness" , they redo what there sopp to do and they do work well GL

PS Can be bought anywhere from the big box stores to your local mom and pop carpet place ( That's the best lol )

Removing dust from rugs with a carpet beater!?

Back in the day before hoovers rugs used to be "beated" outside with these wicker looking carpet beating things to get the dust out and give them a darn good clean. Does anyone know where sells them or if they are even still about?

They were basically tennis rackets. That is what I use when I hang mine outside over the low tree branches. You can also use a pole of some kind or a really nice sturdy stick. Works every time.
