How to prove to my dad my cat did not poo underneath his rug?

There's some stuff on the floor in front of his shower that won't come up, it's REALLY stuck to the floor and it's light golden brown in color. He had a rug there and I'm telling him the bottom of the rug did that to the floor, cause the same thing happened in a different bathroom.

I tell him its impossible for her to poo underneath a rug, so he says someone must have laid the rug on top of it. And also he attributes the golden brown color to the fact that he sprayed like 1000 chemicals on it trying to get it off the floor. He also says his rug isn't plastic on the bottom like the other bathroom's rug. Although I looked and it is sorta plasticy.

Who is right?? How do I know if it's really cat poo or not?

Believe me, you would know if it was cat poo - the smell would give it away. Even after it has dried, when you go to clean it of with any liquid product the smell will return. And it would also clean off fairly easily.
