How can i find a really good hairdressing job in Izmir or nearby?

I want to move to turkey however any jobs i have been looking at are not so well paid... I am a highly qualified hairdresser and carry a lot of certificates, in particular an extremely rare Color Degree with L'oreal.. Im looking for a well paid job in an exclusive L'oreal salon, where although my turkish is not yet great i think i would be very popular with turkish customers, as it would be novelty to have a different kind of hairdressing and of course irish english and american etc clients as of course i am english speaking. I have tried looking at the internet with no luck and i really would love any advice anyone can give that will help me find what i am looking are. Any websites or ideas.
