how to keep my cat healthy and how long can a healthy cat live?

i want to know the food(catfood or humans food or both) the games the treatment that keeps my cat happy not upset and healthy and how long would she live(i think its breed is persian){shirazi}but the breed doesnt mind just help me!!!!!
