I have a couple of very expensive rugs that I need cleaned. Just dont want to trust them to anybody that may not know to do them right. Anybody know of a professional that does this

Either a carpet cleaning business who specializes in cleaning rugs or a company that only cleans rugs. Just make sure they are certified to clean specialty rugs or they could damage them.

my child somehow got ink on my persian oriental rug(probably from a pen) and i NEED to know how to get it out without ruining the section in the carpet

Hi,

Try to use any thinning agents like, white petrol , medical spirit, bakling soda + salt. Apply the agent on the spoiled part with a clean white cloth and try removing the stain in a circular motion. DO NOT SCRUB AS IT WILL ELONGATE THE STAIN. Do it slowly but steadily and soon you stain will start disappearing. Try it on a small portion of the rug before going for the whole part.
