Oriental Turkish Bedroom design help?! Give me some idea's please?
So I'm redecorating my room and I need a little inspiration. Just a few things-
I was planning on doing a sort of mural on my main wall opposite my bed.
My bed is a four poster, (i'd like to keep it four poster, but I can make it just a normal single)
My room's quite small (not tiny though)
I was thinking of having an oriental theme because I recently bought some turkish lanterns that I want to hang either end of the 'main' wall.
they kind of look like this http://theturkishtradingcompany.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=951&category_id=39&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=26
except their clear not red
Thanks
Btw I'm 16 and a girl obviously
a really deep red on the wall that your bed is on.
the other walls maybe an off white,
the wall that you want the mural you could do a few things.
in a dark brown ( pulling from the metal on the lamp) you could do a dispersing pattern.
start with it very tight together in the top corner, then have it spread out as it goes down the wall. (use a pattern like what is cut into the top of the lantern)
another thing , still in the brown maybe find an oriental symbol or sign that has meaning (like your name...or a word) be sure it is proportionate to your wall.

I like ragdoll ragmuffin scottish folded ears siberian manx turkish van burmese birman wirehair etc oriental etc can't choose one all of breedsd I like have similar Persoalities and tempers
sorry for those against us who breeds show animals without us there be no purebreds
Don't even get into breeding until you have a few years of studying ONE breed and showing that breed to grand championship and learning the breed inside and out.
Most breeders start after about 5 yrs of really investing in the breed and knowledge. You need to study pedigrees, know the standard to evaluate show from pet quality, find a mentor, and have several thousand dollars for start up fees.
Keep in mind that males will have to be confined to a stud cage or a room by themselves as they will spray. And you will have to have at least 2-3 breeding females to keep him happy.
First of all I would recommend you go to a few cat shows, see the breeds you are interested in, talk to breeders and when you make up you mind on ONE breed, then contact a breeder for a show quality altered kitten.
Here's the major associations you will be working with: CFA, ACFA, and TICA.
