i have been searching for a book for about 10 years now. i dont have any idea what it was called or the author. i knw the cover and the content.
the cover had a little girl sitting on a chair (in front of a staircase i think) there was an oriental rug and (french doors i think)
it was about a little girl whos mom died. my mom bought this for me when i was 10 and i LOVED it and thought my daughter would also enjoy it. it was my first book and i would love to find it. any help is appreciated.
