WHAT MAKE-UP SHOULD I WEAR?

ok so im mexican-american but i dont have brown skin, im very very light complected. I have skin like selena gomez from wizards of waverly place but when i go in the sunlight my skin looks very very pale almost fair skin but not quite fair skin, but when im in doors i kinda have that light peaches and cream yellowish beige kinda color. Im lighter than olive skin. Im lighter then jessica alba.

eyes- I have black almond shaped eyes. There not slanted looking like the oriental eyes but there not exactly round like white peoples eyes are. There very narrow. There not as narrow as taylor swifts eyes but there still narrow almost cat eyes.

hair- My hair is long up to my chest. It's dark dark dark brown (not black) just very dark brown. It's very thick and wavy.

so how should i do my makeup and hair for college? im 18 by the way.

Or even putting a highlighter on the outside of your eye close the eyebrow. then also a bit of highlighter right around the inside of your eye close to your nose. Then you could put a very natural brown on the eye lid. then some very nice mascara that does not leave your lashes clumpy.
When you do the highlight near your eyebrow, and close to your nose. This makes your eyes pop out and look alot more bright eyed.

Another thing maybe to play with is I heard people with very dark eyes look rly pretty with blue or navy eyeliners very close to the lash line on the top of your eye. never the bottom of your eye.
