Mercedes ML350 question pricing?

I am looking into buying one and I have found one in my area. Its a 2006 navy blue with macadamia leather interior. It has about 38thous miles on it and the price is 27thous. It is from auto lenders and is in very very good condition. Just curous on your opinion if the pricing seems right....people have told me it seems high and to keep looking buti feel like I have looked everywhere and the pricing is about the same. Any suggestions or clues on what websites have good inventories of used mercedes and or whereabout in southern new jersey you might know of any good places to shop around....thanks a bunch

Yeah, that sounds about right. It's a couple thousand above trade-in value, and you want to get as close to that as possible. I bought an ML500, and when I did, I searched high and low, and even bought one and took it back before I found the right one. All I can say is shop around, shop around, even if it takes you a couple months. You're going to have the car for years. But anyway, I know that if you look in North Jersey you'll find more. I'd try to purchase from a private seller if possible. But if not, then what you found doesn't sound too bad, really. Don't be afraid to shop out of state, either, though. NY, Pennsylvania, Maryland, etc. are all a short day trip away. Check out what the KBB has to say about your find, here:

That's the trade in value, which is much, much lower than the average retail price or private party price. I would think seriously about buying it.
