Jackson Oatmeal

Janet Jackson diet works?

I have heard other people say that it is very effective and that it is the best way to lose weight. But I was wondering if other people have given this a shot, and the results that they received. I have also heard that this is the type of diets that body builders have been using for decades! Any info and tips would help tremendously. Thank you.

SAMPLE MENU

BREAKFAST

* 6 Egg Whites
* 1/3 cup of Oatmeal

LUNCH

* 4 ounces of Chicken breast
* Organic mixed salad

AFTERNOON SNACK

* 3 ounces of grilled shrimp
* 1 cup of mixed vegetables

DINNER

* 4 ounces of grilled salmon
* 15 grilled asparagus spears

Beautiful diet. Except it's missing fruit. Gotta have an apple and banana every day.
Your exercise should be cardio. Walking briskly without stopping is great. Start with 15 minutes, and work gradually up to as long as you want! At least 30 minutes. Or dancing, swimming, running, treadmill, stationary bike. You gotta move!
Drink lots of water! No soda pop, fried, or fast food.
