What foam mats are good for babies?

I'm interested in buying a mat or foam interlocking puzzle pieces that forrm a mat for my 6 month old since she is now crawling. Which one do you recommend and from which store? I need something that'll ship to Canada. Ultiamtely I would like something that looks good (not tacky) and is unique. All responses welcome

what is the name of this block? ?

I have these blocks in my class and I'm not sure exactly what they are called and I can't find them anywhere. They look like this

Ignore the ....'s they are just space fillers. Sorry for the crude drawing..anyway they kinda look like flattened legos. They connect together by interlocking the sides like a puzzle piece...
Just thought I'd give this a shot to see if anyone might know.

They are made of plastic and if u put four together to make a box it's a rectangle not a square but the way they attach won't allow you to make a perfect rectangular box. They aren't waffle or grid blocks...already looked.
