What is a good meat/main course to go with creamed spinach?

I'm cooking dinner for my boyfriend on Saturday and one of his favorite side dishes is creamed spinach. What is a good meat or main course to go with that? I'm not the best cook but am going to try and make the creamed spinach from scratch. The meat or main course should be fairly easy to make (I have a George Forman grill, a stove or an oven to use) but somewhat impressive. It's my first time cooking for him.

Creamed spinach is a classic steakhouse side dish. Steak is just about the easiest thing in the world to cook. There are many ways to "kick it up", but for easy, season a good cut of steak (don't be afraid to talk to your butcher) with salt & pepper & grill 7 minutes on one side, 5 on the other (for medium rare). Don't be intimidated. It's NOT difficult. You just have to pay attention, don't walk away from it.

who sang "the ice cream man"? George Thorogood? can't find it on you tube.?

It was Van Halen. I used to have that album on vinyl.
Well. DL Roth sang it, but it was Van Halen.

Van Halen did not write it though. They got popular in LA doing a lot of rock covers of old blues tunes, if you can believe it. One of them was ice cream man, another one was Big bad bill, which I think was on the same album.
You can tell the stuff that they wrote themselves. It is not as good in terms of musical quality.. haahahah. But Eddie did some really good guitar work with those old blues tunes. They were a really really fun band to watch. David was king of a dyck, but there were a million guys like him crawling around LA then.
