Where to find a pattern for "Rusty" doll?

My grandmother made me this doll when I was a toddler. The one I had wore a white dress with red apples on it; matching bloomers; had black hair (yarn sewn onto head to appear curly) and oval-shaped green eyes. My sister had one that had yellow yarn hair to appear blonde, with blue eyes and a yellow floral dress and bloomers. The doll on the pattern package picture had rust-colored hair (hence the name "Rusty," green or brown eyes (I can't remember which), and a lavendar dress. I believe they also had matching booties. I loved this doll, and want to make one for my daughter; my grandmother had given me the pattern but I believe it may have been stolen. I believe the pattern was given to her by my great-aunt, and was from the 1970s or earlier.
