Face Rug

i just got a big rug burn on my face before picture day what should i do?

so i was at gymnastics earlier today, and i attempted to throw a spring for the first time and it went terribble i fell on my face. and we use mats so i got a rug burn right at the top of where my nose starts like in between my eyebrows. and i have picture day tommorow too. what should i do? ive been trying to cover it up with makeup but its really hard because its making my nose look really white. exspecially since my face is tan because of summer. is there anyway i could get rid of the redness in the rug burn? thanks.
um yeah im not going to put makeup all over my face its a school picture i dont want to look like a clown. and also if i put it all over my face it would be a different color from my body.
