i am friends with a guy who lives a fair distance from me, during the holidays our familys stay at a shack by the beach.
When everyone is there, him and i tend to go on walks around the small town there. we just walk and talk, we have even been known to go for a walk at 9-10pm to get away from the little kids because we are the only ones our age who get along well.
We stay up till midnight, and sit under a rug and watch horror movies.
he has stayed over at my last house and he stayed in my room so we could watch movies, we even spent one night putting a creme over his back and checkign each other for hives after a trip to a lake.
my friends thtink there is something there but he has a gf and we just like each others company...

if i were a friend of yours, i think i'd assume you liked him, but deep down about it, or i'd just be cool about it and just say,
"wll there's obviously something there, but if it's gonna happen, it should happen naturally and not forced on them to ruin a good friendship. If you both like each other, it'll happen, one way or another, even if neither of you know it"
