Cream Red Area

Really dry red marks on my face from burns from too much acne cream/mederma/etc at once...HELP?

WHEN will these things go away? They are extremely dry red spots from i think too much acne cream/mederma on the area at once it stung then i was left with these...will they fade or peel? and when?

I have the exact same problem under one eye! It's super dry and a bit red. At one point it was all puffy and red and I looked like the walking dead. The puffiness is gone but it's still red and flaky dry. I moisture it like 10x a day and it helps a bit but not nearly enough. Anyway I don't really have an answer for you (I'd like to know it myself), I just wanted to say "DO NOT" use tea tree oil, it is used to dry out and get rid of zits. If would make it even more dry and red than it already is.
