How can I make chocolate ice cream without a machine?

I want to make a simple yet delicious chocolate ice cream.

here's your recipe:
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
8 ounces of bittersweet chocolate
2 cups heavy cream, well chilled
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Heat the whole milk until it is bubbling around the edges (you can do this in a microwave or oven). In a blender, pulse to process the sugar with the chocolate until the chocolate it very finely chopped. Add the hot milk to the blender and process until its very smooth. Transfer to a medium of bowl and let the mixture cool completely. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla until it tastes as you want it to.

Now here's the part where you need a machine
Since you don't have one here's what you have to do:
take your medium bowl (filled with the mixture) and put it inside a larger bowl. Then you fill in the excess space with ice cubes and stir. The reason for this is that your mixture needs to cool while its being stirred/whipped. Continue this process of whipping/stirring for 20-30 minutes (continue to refresh and replace the ice cubes around the bowl), then, after you've finished, put the medium bowl in the freezer and let it sit until it has hardened to the right consistency.

Beside known for ice cream flavors, they also made themselves different from other ice cream cake maker. They created such ice cream cake, that were all time famous. They always cared about flavors of people based on different places. Their care seems to be in recipe of most of flavors.
