how do i get Kilz oil based paint out of my wool rug?

Oil based paints need to be cleaned with oil based products.
If you try to clean them with water...well, we all know that water and oil don't mix, so you'd be working hard for nothing.

I use baby oil to clean anything that's oil based.

Be sure after you use baby oil on a rug that you come back immediately with warm water and soap. (Soap will bond the water to the oils and will allow you to suck up excess oils in a cloth.)
If you just clean with the baby oil and don't follow with the soap and water, you'll end up with a clean, but slightly dark spot where you cleaned the Kilz.
