Why are Kasabian so under-rated? I think they are absolutely fantastic,been listening to album since release.?

just got download album Live From Brixton Academy & that's excellent too.But they don't seem to get recognition they thoroughly deserve.anyone whoever liked Happy Mondays, Stone Roses,Charlatans, Inspiral Carpets & early Oasis has to love Kasabian. NO QUESTION.

I think Kasabian is newcomers in music. They need more experience. But I love Kasabian. they have an uniques performance and genres. They just want to express what they like and making a banging tune

How much does it cost to replace the carpet in an apartment?

I recently moved out after just a few months of being there. The carpet was no where near brand new. It is not fantastic quality either. I spilled bleach in one room. They are charging me $782.16 to replace 5 x 4.5 according to the bill. What questions can I come back at them with to try to lower this bill?

You do not indicate if the quantity being replaced is for an entire room, or for patching what is there. If they are attempting to insert a patch with the same carpet type, the labor can get high. They would need to take up the entire carpet, cut out the damaged area, hot seam replacement into place, and then re-install. If this small area represents an entire room, they are taking you to the cleaners. Medium quality carpet can be purchased and installed for $40-$50 per square yard. You have less than three square yards involved. However, costs will be higher for a small area, since installers still need to make the trip, drag in all their equipment, and do the job.

Your best bet is to obtain estimates from an independent source, so that you have an idea of the actual costs of such a job.
