Braided Stair

I overworked myself........................I THINk..plz help?

ok so i am 14 weeks pregnant and i started to feel really great around my 13th week (apart from the nausea). i wasnt feeling quite as tired or blah anymore. anyhow, on sunday i think i did wayyy too much cuz i started to feel exhausted to the point that i thought i wud faint. so here is what i did. to me it doesnt seem like too much but who knows....

I did 4 loads of my laundry
I did a little cooking.
I braided my sisters hair
and i finally cleaned my bedroom. there was a lot of stuff i needed to move to the basement. (not to mention walking up n down the stairs all day)

could this be why i feel so lousey. i mean i got 8 hours of sleep and everything, but i still havnt recovered from sunday. or could this be something more serious?

Hey hun. Haven't heard from you but first off, congrats on 14 weeks. I, too, just reached 13 weeks and feel so different. I was going to ask is that normal but after reqading your post, I guess so. I, too, did the same thing when I got all of that energy and I got so worried that I called my docto to ask if I had over exasperated myself. he said that that is fine, despite all the stairs. it is good excersize for you and your body, preparing for the labor itself. He also told me not to do all of that without being hydrated and to make sure that I take naps through out the day. He then told me that once I sit down, my body will tell me if I need to rest. try it. Sit for ten minutes and if you feel like you do not want to move, then hey, don't do anymore until you rest. Over all you should be fine. If you are high risk or have a cerclage in place down there, then that is a whole different story so just be careful. Good luck this week and the remainder of the pregnancy.

How do you do a v string stitch??? and other cool ones?

please tell me how to do a v stripe in string! i know how to do braid, Chinese stair case and candy stripe.. but how do you do v stripe and butterfly..etc
