I am a Tae Kwon Do black belt and am pretty capable of finding most TKD schools myself, but sometimes even the instructors I know don't seem to know about Hap Ki Do schools close to my residence. Preferable areas are: USC, Pico-Union, Huntington Park, Southwest L.A., Leimert Park, maybe K-Town. Hwa Rang Do schools also a plus...
