Wouldn't the Palestinians benefit more from education than from rockets?

All that happens when Persia supplies rockets to be fired at Israel from Palestine is that 100s of Palestinians die.

Wouldn't the Palestinians and their conflict with the Israelis be better served by the Persians financing amazing schools and universities so that the Palestinians could outshine the Israelis and assume a more dominant position in their own country?

That way, no-one dies, and every one wins - except possibly the Israelis who have to get used to having well-education, influential and powerful muslims in their country.

Islam and the Arabs have such a long history of education and enlightenment, surely this would be a more fitting victory for their descendents than to be blown to pieces by the Israelis?

You have indirectly made the point that many objective and neutral observers have been trying to make. The Israelis themselves root problem is not rockets it is demographics. The Israelis have always wanted to remain the dominant force amongst the Arabs that sorround it. Palestinians have the right to a state and independence as long as they always remain less than or equal to Israelis.

Of course, Hamas does no service to its own people but what options remain to those people if Israeli itself has no intention of seeing them be equal either. It would be one thing if peace were to be seperate but equal. The main problem that remains outside of our perspective for some reason is that Israel has never, ever, chosen to follow the equal concept.

They did not think so in 1890, they did not think so in 1921, they did not think so in 1947, and they have not chosen to think so now.

Peace without equality is not what modern people aspire too. Denying them this only serves in sending them over to the backward militants like Hamas.

Of course education would be better but who would that serve well?
